Lettings and Management

All properties are let and managed under the Freedom2 brand, working to exacting letting and management standards specified in the Freedom2 operating manuals.

Integrity - Rigorous quality control and re-training is carried out by Freedom2 staff to ensure that the client/parent experience is consistently high. Safety, security, welfare and value for money are key to the Freedom2 offer.

Communication - Freedom2 staff work with a range of partners to maintain standards which include liaison with each student household, the university letting and management officer / student union and local authority enforcement officers.

Support - Twenty-four hour support to clients is provided to ensure repairs and maintenance issues are resolved quickly.

Regular inspections and quality reviews mean standards are maintained by both Freedom2 and student clients.
